Our smokehouse is located in the beautiful scenic bays of Lochcarnan on the eastern shores of the Isle of South Uist in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland, our approach is simple, heritage, tradition and quality are key in the true Hebridean fashion.
A unique Flaky hot smoked salmon which retains the natural juices and omega 3 oils due to the secret recipe and procedures, the extreme heat used in the process and other unique controls ensure a shelf life of 65 days from production.

We are fortunate to be located in one of the most beautiful and unspoilt locations in the world where community and culture are still prominent. On a daily basis, we are surrounded by fantastic scenery, an abundance of wildlife, including sea eagles, otters, and wild deer.
We source only the highest quality Atlantic salmon (Salmo Salar) from Scottish salmon producers which are reared in the clear waters off the coast of Scotland.
