Ruth Langsford presents ITV’s flagship daytime show This Morning every Friday and throughout the school holidays with her husband Eamonn Holmes.
Ruth regularly anchors the popular daytime panel show Loose Women. She recently appeared on Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway in the Get Out of My Ear Feature: Ruth’s ‘twerking’ was one of the highlights of the series!
Ruth has fronted high profile commercial campaigns, and is currently ambassador for Clarivu Eye Lens replacement and Centra Pulse, telecare for the elderly. Ruth and Eamonn have a weekly column in Best magazine, and co-present How The Other Half Lives on Channel 5, a programme that steps inside the lives of the super rich, detailing their lavish lifestyles and asking how this elite group spends its money.
Ruth’s passions include cooking which she tested on Marco’s Kitchen Burn Out (ITV), gardening and fashion. She is a dedicated supporter of Alzheimer’s Society and spends a lot of time raising awareness for this. As well filling her days with all of the above Ruth manages to be a wonderful wife to Eamonn and mum to their son Jack.
