    This Morning Live is open from 10am-5pm Thursday-Sunday.
    Evening sessions (An Evening with The Speakmans and Loose Women Late) run from 6:30pm-8pm, after This Morning Live has closed.

    National Exhibition Center (NEC), Halls, Marston Green, Birmingham B40 1NT.

    Yes, This Morning will still be on air at the normal time of 10.30am – 12.30pm.

    The full This Morning Live event will not be aired on the TV show. Some highlights will be shown which may include shots of the visitors.

  • Q. Is This Morning Live only taking place in Birmingham?

    Yes, this event is currently only held in Birmingham.

    Holly & Phil will be at This Morning Live on Thursday and Friday. Ruth & Eamonn will be at This Morning Live on Saturday and Sunday.   • Q: I have a hotel package - on which night do I stay in the hotel?

    You stay the night of the day you attend the show. So for example, if you have a hotel package for Friday 17th May, you attend This Morning Live on Friday, then stay in the hotel on Friday night.

  • Q. What happens if I lose my ticket(s)?

    You can get in touch with our customer service team at Ticket Factory on 0844 581 1390.

  • Q. When do my tickets arrive?

    Your tickets will be sent out to you by Ticket Factory up to 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • Q. Can I change the day of my ticket after I’ve booked?

    Yes you can by calling our customer service team on 0844 581 1390.

  • Q. Are there discounts on group bookings?

  • Q. I am registered disabled, what ticket should I buy?

    You can buy any ticket you wish. Visitors who are registered disabled and have bought a ticket can request a carer’s ticket free of charge. The carer will receive a Silver entry ticket, whether you buy a gold or a silver ticket. Please request a free carer’s ticket at the box office on the day you attend, or you can call our ticket hotline to receive one in advance. You can upgrade the carer’s ticket from a silver to a gold ticket by paying the difference between the two tickets. To do this, call the ticket hotline on 0844 581 1390.

  • Q. How much is parking?

    Parking is £16 per day, but if you pre-book, you pay just £12. Pre-book your parking here http://www.thenec.co.uk/visitors/parking/ 

  • Q: Is your disabled parking free of charge?

  • Q. Do children go free?

    Children under 6 years of age can attend for free. All children must be accompanied by an adult and require a child ticket which can be booked online with your ticket purchase, or at the box office on the day of your visit.

  • Q. Can babies attend the show?

    Yes, babies and children of all ages can attend the show.

  • Q. Does my ticket include seeing the sessions on the stages?

    All visitors have access to watch the live stage shows. 

    Silver and Gold ticket holders can pre-book one session in the Centre Stage at the point of booking tickets.

    Seating around the Studio Stage is on a first come first serve basis.

  • Q. Will I get to meet Holly, Phil or any of the other presenters?

    Meet & greets with This Morning presenters will be available for Gold Ticket holders ONLY. Gold Ticket holders will be contacted to pre-book a time slot for the presenter you'd most like to meet. For selected presenters, there will be a standby queue for all visitors, however due to presenter schedules, meet & greets for people in the standby queues are not guaranteed.

  • Q. What can I buy at This Morning Live?

  • Q. Will I be able to have a make-over at the show?

    As a Gold ticket holder you will receive a complimentary beauty appointment, details will be released to ticket holders in the near future.
    Beauty appointments will operate on a time slot basis.

  • Q. Can Holly, Phil or any of the other This Morning presenters give me and my friends/ family a shout out when they are on the stage?

    Unfortunately due to the nature of the stage sessions the presenters will not be able to mention visitors in their set.

    However they will be happy to see all you there, and will no doubt give you a wave.

  • Q. Can I buy tickets at the door when I arrive?

    Tickets will be available to buy at the door, however Gold tickets may be sold out beforehand so buy them early to avoid disappointment.

  • Q. Will I be able to buy This Morning memorabilia at the show?

    You will be able to buy ITV/This Morning merchandise at This Morning Live.

  • Q. Are dogs allowed into the show?

    Only service dogs are allowed into This Morning Live.

  • Q. Can I bring my own book(s) to get it signed by the presenters?

    You can bring your book along to get signed during the meet and greet if you have a Gold ticket.
    There will also be book signings at the event which all ticket holders can attend – details will follow soon.

  • Q. Will there be food and drink available at This Morning Live?

    There will be plenty of delicious food and drink to try and buy in the Food & Drink section of the show. You can also stop for some delicious lunch in the Street Food area. With so much to choose from, you’ll be spoilt for choice.

  • Q: How much money will I need?

    Enough for your travel and food expenses, as well as any products you wish to buy at the show. Come ready to shop!

  • Q. Is there a cloakroom or somewhere to store my shopping bags?

    There will be a cloakroom available to use for all visitors. Gold ticket holders can use the cloakroom free of charge, Silver ticket holders will need to pay.

  • Q. How do I give feedback to the organisers of This Morning Live?

    There will be the chance to give your feedback after the show in May next year. You will receive an email from us with a survey that we would love you to complete and share your thoughts. We value everyone’s feedback to help improve This Morning Live.
     

  • Q: Can I buy tickets on the door?

  • Q: What happens after I book my tickets?

    You will be sent a confirmation along with your ticket- please print out your ticket and bring it with you to the event

    Doors open at 10am

  • Q: What happens if I am late?

    You will be able to enter This Morning Live all day from 10am.

  • Q: How long will I have to wait to meet the presenters?

    Those who have a gold ticket with guaranteed meet and greet will need to anticipate some queuing, however we aim to get everybody through the queues with minimal waiting time.

  • Q: How much time do I get to spend with each presenter?

    Minimal time as we have other Gold Ticket holders that also have their meet & greets. As we want to make sure all other gold ticket holders have a meet and greet.

  • Q: Will any goodies be included?

    Gold ticket holders will receive a complimentary goody bag.

  • Q: What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

    No dress code. 

  • Q: Can I book another Centre Stage session?

    You will be able to buy tickets for extra Centre Stage sessions on site on the day of your visit. Tickets are subject to availability.

  • Q: Can I take my own photos/videos?

    Yes you can take your own photos and videos

  • Q: Can I bring my own alcohol in?

    No we do not allow any alcohol to be brought into the venue.

  • Q: Can I bring my own food?

    Yes. You can bring your own food, however there are lots of places to eat at the show with plenty of choice.

  • Q: Are there places to eat?

    There are many places to eat in our Street Food area, as well as around the NEC.

  • Q: Can I bring my toddler/baby/child with me?

    Yes, babies and children of all ages can attend the show.

  • Q: Are there baby changing facilities?

    Yes. You’ll find a wide choice of baby changing facilities at the NEC that include nappy machines, bottle warmers and dedicated breast-feeding areas.

  • Q: Is there a cloakroom? How much is it?

    There will be a cloakroom available for use at the show. Gold ticket holders will be able to use the cloakroom for free. Silver ticket holders will have to pay £1 per item. 

  • Q: Are there cashpoints?

    Yes, there are cashpoints located throughout the NEC. Withdrawal fees apply.

  • Q: Is there free WIFI?

    Yes, the NEC provides wifi free of charge throughout the venue. If you have trouble connecting, visit one of the NEC visitor centres and they’ll be happy to help.

  • Q: Will there be hourly updates on the This Morning app?

    We aim to keep everyone updated throughout the day via This Morning Live socials.

  • Q: Do I need to have my ticket printed or can I show it on my phone/device?

    You can show your ticket on your phone/device.

  • Q: I do not have access to a printer - how will I gain access without my printed ticket?

    You can show your ticket on your phone/device, or you can have your ticket printed for you at the box office.

  • Q: I have a question that is not answered in the FAQs - who do I contact?
  • Q: How do I know that this event is legitimate?

    Tickets have been announced on the This Morning TV programme, app and website. You will be directed to the This Morning Live official website where you can purchase through The Ticket Factory – a renowned ticket sales website.

  • Q: I'm not registered disabled but I have trouble standing for long periods of time, should I still come?

    We have adequate seating throughout the venue, but we cannot guarantee that there will be free seats at all times.

  • Q: I have a Gold Ticket and want to book my Beauty Appointment and Centre Stage session, but I'm not ready to book my Meet & Greet...

    You will have to book all of your sessions at the same time, as there is no way to book these separately.

  • Q: I have a Gold Ticket but I don't want a Beauty Appointment

    When booking your Gold Package elements, please select the option 'I do not want a Beauty Appointment'. This will allow you to skip this section.

  • Q: Can I swap the time of my Centre Stage session?

    Exchanges are possible, however this will be subject to a first-come, first-serve basis and availability. For further information please call 0844 581 1390. 

  • Q: The form I was sent to book my sessions isn't working, how can I book my sessions?

  • Q: I've got 4 tickets, 2 of my party want to book a Meet & Greet for Rylan, and 2 want to book for Rochelle, can I do that?

    All members of your party will need to attend the same session. 

  • Q: Can you guarantee all my party sit together on the Centre Stage?

    Yes, all members of your party will be seated together. 

  • Q: Can I swap my Meet & Greet time?

  • Q: I didn't receive my confirmation email?

  • Q: Can I sit by the wheelchair area during my Centre Stage session?

    Only visitors who require a wheelchair and their carer will be guaranteed seating in the wheelchair section.

  • Q: I'm in a wheelchair, how do I make sure I'll be sat in the wheelchair area for my Centre Stage session?

    Please call the ticket helpline on 1844 581 1390 and The Ticket Factory contact centre will book your seating in the wheelchair area.

  • Q: Can I pay to sit closer to the stage during my Centre Stage session?

    Seats are on a first-come, first-serve basis, and are automatically allocated.

  • Q: My friend has booked separately to me but I want to sit with them during the Centre Stage session - can I do this?

    The Ticket Factory contact centre may potentially be able to re-seat you, however this is entirely based on availability. Please call 0844 581 1390 for further information.

  • Q: Can I bring food & drink into The Centre Stage?

    Food & Drink will be allowed into the theatre.

  • Q: Can I take pictures in The Centre Stage?

    Yes, but there is not an opportunity for personal selfies/meet & greet pictures.

  • Q: Where are the closest toilets in The Centre Stage?

    At the end of Hall 11 - they will be signposted.

  • Q: Can I get a photo with Holly & Phil or Ruth & Eamonn in The Centre Stage?

    There is not an opportunity for any personal selfies/meet & greets in The Centre Stage

  • Q: Can I get a shoutout during my Centre Stage session?

    Unfortunately due to the nature of the sessions, the presenters will not be able to mention visitors in their set 

  • Q: I don't have a printer to print out my tickets

    Please go to the box office where we can print your tickets for you. 

  • Q: The link to the form to book my Centre Stage/Beauty Appointment/Meet & Greet isn't working, what do I do?

  • Q: I bought a silver ticket, but I've been sent a link to a form about Beauty Appointments and Meet & Greets...

    This means you have been sent the incorrect link - please call 0844 581 1390 for assistance.

  • Q: I'm booking my Centre Stage/Meet & Greet/Beauty Appointment and the times I want aren't available...

    Unfortunately, this means that your preferred times/sessions are fully booked.

  • Q: I'm booking a silver ticket but I want a Meet & Greet with Holly & Phil, but this isn't an option, what can I do?

    For selected presenters, there will be a standby queue for all visitors, however due to presenter schedules, meet & greets for people in the standby queues are not guaranteed. 

  • Q: I'm a carer - can I sit with my companion during my Centre Stage session?

    All members of the same party will be seated together. 

  • Q: I've got a buggy - where can I put it during my Centre Stage session?

    There will be a trolley park for visitors to store their trolleys, pushchairs etc. during the performance. This will be signposted.

  • Q: I'm not in a wheelchair, but I can't walk upstairs to my seat in Centre Stage, what shall I do?

    We recommend ensuring you are seated in one of the blocks on the floor - blocks F, G or H. Please call the ticket hotline on 0844 581 1390 to change your seats. Subject to availability.
