John Torode, Lisa Faulkner and Joe Wadsack will be returning to This Morning Live and will be joined by some exciting new faces. Ainsley Harriott, Juliet Sear and Ching He Huang add some fun, spice, sweetness and laughs to the stellar line-up.

It is an expensive cut, but cooked John's way, it can feed 4 people easily. John demos how to get the best out of this beautiful cut of beef.

    Lisa's featured dish is one that springs from memories of when Prince Charles and Princess Diana married. She recalls that ""after lunch in the garden we all walked up to the station to wave at the newlyweds as they passed us on the royal train. She was wearing pink and looked really happy! After waving at the train I remember walking back to our house in the sunshine for cups of tea, scones and jam and my favourite summer berry mille feuille!
